REVIEW: Thrive by Krista & Becca Ritchie

THRIVE

Title: Thrive
Author(s): Krista & Becca Ritchie
Series: Addicted #2.5
Publication date: 17th July 2014
Rating: 5/5
This is NOT a novella. Thrive is a full-length New Adult Romance and vital to Lily & Lo's storyline. It's recommended to be read after the Calloway Sisters spin-off books: Kiss the Sky and Hothouse Flower.
Two years will change them forever.
When rumors spread like wildfire—like having three-ways with her boyfriend’s rock climbing brother—Lily Calloway spirals into a dark place. Her bedroom. Loren Hale is more confident and determined to keep their sex life private, even from their friends, and he helps Lily in the only way he knows how. But how much love is too much?
Their lives are filmed, watched, and criticized. And through it all, Lily and Loren have to face enemies they never thought they’d see, demons they don’t know if they should bury, and setbacks they didn’t think they’d meet. Not this soon.
And one rumor could be too much for them to handle. It will test their greatest limitations, and if they don’t hold onto each other, someone is going to drown.

My Thoughts

Man, I've said this, but I will say it again: Krista and Becca Ritchie will never ever disappoint me with anything that they write. I love them so freaking damn much!!

Now to Thrive.

I love this book. I mean, I say it to every single Addicted and the spin-off books, but it's true. There's no way I can show any more of my love since I literally can't think of another word to replace 'love'. Maybe 'adore'? Okay, I ADORED this book, I ADORE this whole series. Sounds a bit cheesy don't you think? But hey, I'm just saying this to show how much my heart aches for this series, the characters and even Krista and Becca.

I'm not going to talk much about this book in general, but I just want to say that this one was a bit different from the rest (good different). It was told in a long span of time, sometimes overlapping with things that happened in Kiss The Sky (Rose & Connor) and Hothouse Flower (Daisy & Ryke), and I loved every single moment of it. I always like it when I get to see things from different points of view of the same thing just to get into someone else's head.

So in Thrive, it basically just goes into Lily & Lo's side of what happens in KTS and HF, but with a few more moments that we don't get to see in both of those books. This book really drives me back to the first time I'd ever fell in love with Lily and Loren. I fell in love with them like a bullet would fall from the sky.

Fast and deep.

I can't think of anything else to say about this book, this WHOLE SERIES, in fact. I will say it again and again, and I won't stop until everyone on this earth knows that I am completely and deeply in love with Lily, Loren, Ryke, Daisy, Rose and Connor.

So yeah, here we are. I'm going to shut up about my love for this series now, and I'm just going to wait for the next epic story in this series.
